New Year Cleanse

First of many Juice and Smoothie recipes to come for 2019.
Note: Save the fibers from your juice to use in future smoothies and snacks!
Green Part
Celery Juice Green Smoothie
Juice 2 Bunches of Celery 1 cup raw and washed spinach
1/2 pitted avocado
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop protein powder*
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seed
1 1/2 cup water
Lemon Water
6 Lemons Halved
4 cups of water
Boil together
Let cool away from heat before jarring.
Enjoy throughout the day.
Orange Part
Orange Juice Orange Smoothie
Juice 1 bunch of Carrots 1/2 frozen banana
Juice 2 navel oranges (peeled but with pith) 1/2 cup carrot fibers from carrot juice
Juice 1 peeled ginger root 1/3 cup frozen mango
2 tbsp fresh ginger peeled
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup OJ
1/2 cup water
Red Part
Beet Apple Juice Strawberry Beet Smoothie
Juice 4 beets peeled and diced 1 cup of overnight oats**
Juice 1 Green Apple diced and cored 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup beet fibers from beet juice
1 1/2 cup water
I use a Breville Juicer to Make Juice.
If you do not have have a juicer, you can use your Vitamix to make juice as well.
If you have neither, you can always buy fresh cold-press juice (it's a little more expensive if you're consistently drinking juice).
*I use Whey Smooth Vanilla Protein Poweder from dotFIT.
