Start Your Morning off Right! (Burning Fat)

2018 is just a day away! And you'll probably start it off like every other day...with coffee! You've probably read about all kinds of coffee additives; milk (duh), cream, sugar, stevia, butter, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, hazelnut etc. etc...
My new favorite mixture includes; honey, cinnamon, and coconut oil.
Benefits of Honey
1) Helps manage weight by suppressing appetite.
2) Natural energy source (one of the best foods to consume right before exercise!)
3) It's an antioxidant and immune-boosting food!
Benefits of Cinnamon
1) It's an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-diabetic, anti-microbial, and immunity boosting spice...just to start!
2) Helps reduce oxidative stress (which in turn reduces a buttload of diseases; arthritis, cancer, parkinson's, strokes etc.)
3) It can relieve heartburn, flatulence, and bloating.
Benefits of Coconut Oil
1) Helps manage weight by being easily digestible, particularly in the abdominal region (get ready for a flat belly).
2) It also helps strengthen the immune system; coconut oil contains lauric acid, which the body converts into monolaurin, which helps prevents diseases like herpes, influenza, fungi infections, even autism.
3) High in saturated fats which increases the healthy cholesterol and can help convert bad cholesterol into good cholesterol!
1 Cup of honey
1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp of Cinnamon
Use 1-2tsp in your coffee every morning!
