Aloe (Aloe Vera) Native to South Africa, Madagascar, Canary Islands, Arabian Peninsula
Calendula (Calendula officinalis) Native to Mediterranean
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) Native to Mediterranean shores
Witch Hazel (Hamamelis virginiana, H. vernalis) Native to North America, Japan, China
Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) Native to Australia
Homemade Minty Mouthwash
1/4 cup aloe vera juice
1/4 cup witch hazel distillate
2 tbsp distilled water
1 drop of tea tree oil
1 drop of peppermint oil
1 tbsp warm water
Swish and spit!
Calendula Compress
2 tsp calendula flowers
1 cup hot water
Steep, cool, soak cloth to make compress!
Rosemary Sport Rub
2 drops rosemary oil
1 drop lavender oil
1 drop eucalyptus oil
4 tsp almond oil*
Blend well, apply to body, especially joint areas before exercise!
*olive oil substitute works
